The Role
We are seeking an Engineering Audit Manager to join its Internal Audit function in Dubai, responsible for reviewing technical and construction-related processes across active development projects. Fluency in Arabic is required to liaise with site teams, contractors, and government authorities.

Responsibilities
– Conduct technical and construction audits across development projects, including design, procurement, and site execution phases
– Review contractor and consultant compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, and quality standards
– Assess project cost control, variation orders, and payment certifications against work completed
– Evaluate compliance with UAE construction regulations, municipality requirements, and building codes
– Conduct site visits to verify physical progress against reported completion and financial claims
– Identify risks related to project delays, cost overruns, and contractor performance
– Liaise in Arabic with site engineers, contractors, and relevant government/regulatory bodies
– Present findings and recommendations to project management and Audit Committee
