Archibat Asia is looking for BD Manager, for a foreign‑invested interior design and fit‑out firm headquartered in Shanghai. It delivers one‑stop services covering space concept design, project management and turn‑key construction for multinational enterprises and commercial clients across China.
Focusing on high‑end office and commercial interior projects, this company balances brand positioning, budget control and build quality, providing full‑cycle solutions from planning, design, site execution through to final hand‑over for corporate workplace projects.

Position

  1. Drive new‑business acquisition for corporate office and commercial fit‑out projects. Identify prospects including MNCs, property owners, developers, build robust project pipeline and achieve annual revenue & contract targets.
  2. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and specifiers; conduct client visits, discover fit‑out, relocation and refurbishment opportunities.
  3. Lead end‑to‑end BD process: client requirement gathering, presentation, proposal & tender coordination, commercial negotiation, support bid activities and drive contract award. Closely collaborate with internal design, cost and project teams.
  4. Maintain opportunity tracking reports; monitor market and competitor intelligence and provide insights for business strategy.
  5. Hand‑over awarded projects to delivery teams and support key pre‑execution alignment. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Management preferred.
  2. Minimum 3‑5 years of BD / sales experience in interior fit‑out, construction or commercial decoration. Proven track record of winning new projects. Experience working with multinational clients is a strong plus.
  3. Solid understanding of fit‑out project cycles, tendering and commercial terms; proven capability in client development and negotiation.
  4. Results‑oriented, resilient under pressure, good presentation and interpersonal skills for B2B key‑account development.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, able to prepare proposals and presentation decks independently.
  6. Working proficiency in English (spoken & written) is preferred. Existing network with MNC real‑estate, property developers.
