Archibat Asia is looking for a Marketing Manager in Shanghai for an iconic contemporary furniture & homeware brand. Rooted in democratic Scandinavian design, its core belief is that thoughtful, premium design should be affordable for everyone. The brand partners with world-renowned global designers to craft functional, vividly colored furniture, lighting and daily home accessories. Drawing inspiration from art, architecture and fashion, blends timeless minimalism with playful, modern aesthetics, prioritizing durable materials, clean lines and flexible living solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Position

Key Responsibilities

  1. Master brand positioning and home furnishing market dynamics to deliver annual/quarterly localized marketing plans. Maintain regular sync with overseas HQ to align global guidelines, new product assets and brand rules while enabling flexible local execution. Build a premium minimalist Nordic brand perception in China.
  2. Lead end-to-end content planning, production and iteration with low-cost, lightweight operations. Cover social media operation, graphic/short-video creation, new product campaigns, scene-based content and designer collaborations. Independently execute all online & offline activities: product launches, showroom exhibitions, designer salons, channel promotions and seasonal campaigns, with full ownership of planning, production, delivery and data optimization.
  3. Plan and strictly control annual/quarterly marketing budgets. Maximize ROI through internal resource activation, cross-industry partnerships and low-cost channel development. Integrate designers, media, retail and industrial partners to build long-term low-cost exposure channels.
  4. Set standardized workflows, role frameworks and KPIs to coordinate team workload and delivery progress. Train the team on content creation, event delivery, HQ communication and data analysis to build a self-sufficient high-performance unit. Conduct regular marketing & PR data reviews to iterate tactics and lift brand influence & conversion.
  5. Track domestic furniture sector, imported furniture competitors and consumer trends to output actionable market insights. Manage media relations and unified brand voice; audit all communication assets to comply with global brand standards, and monitor brand reputation & public sentiment.

Profile

  1. 5+ years end-to-end marketing management experience in premium durable goods or home furnishing, with deep knowledge of furniture marketing logic.
  2. Prior experience liaising with overseas brand headquarters and rolling out localized marketing is preferred.
  3. 3+ years team management experience, capable of leading small teams to deliver full-cycle marketing projects independently.
  1. Innovative low-budget marketing capability: Build sustainable long-term brand systems via content iteration and cross-industry resource integration.
  2. Full-loop execution skills covering content, social media, events, asset control, budget management and data analysis, result-oriented with solid hands-on experience.
