He/she will serve as a critical link between creative vision and real-world execution, collaborating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional outdoor spaces.

 

• Technical Leadership: Drive the development and execution of complex landscape projects, with a focus on detailed design, construction documentation, and site implementation.
• Project Management: Handle multiple assignments concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with technical and design standards.
• Documentation Oversight: Direct the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and tender packages, incorporating regional best practices and regulations.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Work seamlessly with urban designers, architects, engineers, and external partners to ensure cohesive and technically sound project outcomes.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and develop junior and mid-level landscape architects, offering expertise in technical detailing, documentation protocols, and industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve team deliverables to guarantee consistency with project goals, client expectations, and firm standards.
• Training & Development: Provide hands-on support in software applications, material selection, and advanced construction detailing techniques.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth project progression.
• Site & Design Reviews: Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections, offering technical insights and troubleshooting construction-related issues.
• Reporting & Presentations: Assist in preparing technical reports, design narratives, and project presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Business Development Support: Contribute to proposal writing, fee estimation, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior leadership.
